What size company is this for?
This two-day project management training is great for companies with enough people to feel friction at work; usually, that's around ~10-200 people, but all team sizes are welcome. It's never too early (or too late) to think about scale, efficiency, and better ways of working.
Do we need to prep anything beforehand?
Nope! I'll send out a survey ahead of our training to learn more about your company, goals, and challenges. From there, we'll customize your session to be most relevant for your team.
Who should attend?
The project management training is great for PMs, project managers, aspiring product managers, and cross-functional partners (designers, developers, marketers). The course blends a mix of PM best practices with cross-functional development to strengthen interdepartmental communication.
Can we customize our training session?
Absolutely. Each team's needs are different, and my goal is to meet you where you're at, wherever you are (in-person or remote). Together, we'll create a strategic training session that incorporates my signature pressure-tested frameworks.
How does the Massachusetts Workforce Training Grant work?
