Who are planning sessions for?
Small businesses and companies looking to do better, more cohesive work as a team. They're great for businesses that need to free up resources, align cross-functional stakeholders, decrease time to delivery, and track progress against goals.
When is the right time to plan?
Each team has distinct goals & challenges, which impacts planning cadence. Generally, I recommend creating an annual plan, followed by quarterly tune-up sessions for re-forecasting and adjusting to real-world demands. I typically work with clients 3-4x/year.
What will we do during our session?
